Norton Children’s Direct Connect

Your direct line to Norton Children’s specialty services

Norton Children’s Direct Connect is designed to allow you to speak with a Norton Children’s specialty provider in real time, when you need it most. The line is answered by nurses who can directly connect you with a provider to discuss a case, seek advice and determine next steps for care — anytime, day or night.

  • Providers can use Direct Connect to speak with a Norton Children’s specialty provider for direction on a patient.
  • Providers can speak with a physician about a patient admission.
  • Providers or office staff can schedule a patient with a Norton Children’s specialty provider.
  • Providers or office staff can schedule a patient for a diagnostic test.

Thank you for entrusting your patients’ care to the physicians and staff of Norton Children’s. We are always looking for ways to improve service to our referring providers and welcome your suggestions on how we can improve our service to you and your patients.
