‘Repurposing Drugs for Oncology’ addressed in 19th annual Nixon Lectureship

Registration for the 19th annual Nixon Lectureship: “Repurposing Drugs for Oncology” is open. The activity will cover the advantages of repurposing drugs for oncology; drugs that have been repurposed for oncology, along with their mechanisms of action; and the concept of “maximum tolerated dose.”

The course director is David L. Doering, M.D., gynecologic oncologist with Norton Cancer Institute.

The special guest speaker for this activity will be Mark A. Rosenberg, M.D., president and medical director, Advanced Medical Therapeutics. Dr. Rosenberg is also the program director of the Integrative Cancer Fellowship in Boca Raton, Florida.
