Norton Women's Care is seeking American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology-certified or eligible obstetrics/gynecology physicians to join a network of more than 100 women’s care providers at multiple office locations throughout Greater Louisville, including Southern Indiana. Norton Women’s Care is part of Norton Medical Group, the physician practice division of Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky. Norton Medical Group provides a referral base of more than 2,000 providers, including over 350 adult primary care providers.

Norton Women’s Care at Norton Hospital and Norton Women’s & Children’s Hospital has been recognized as High Performing in Adult Maternity Care (Uncomplicated Pregnancy) by U.S. News & World Report for the third year in a row. About the Position

  • ​​​​​​Inpatient and outpatient coverage
  • Access to specialists within Norton Women’s Care, including cardio-obstetrics, gynecologic oncology, maternal-fetal medicine, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, urogynecology and women’s mental health providers
  • Opportunity to partner with the Institute for Health Equity, a Part of Norton Healthcare, to improve care for underserved women across their life span
  • Full-time positions with four days per week work schedule
  • 24-hour obstetric hospitalist program on-site at both Norton Healthcare facilities where babies are delivered
  • Competitive salary with guarantee during the initial term
  • Additional bonus available based on productivity, quality metrics and physician engagement
Requirements for the position
  • Medical degree/diploma
  • Residency/fellowship certification
  • Kentucky medical license or license eligible
