Adult Referral Through Norton EpicCare Link

If you are a medical provider, you can make a referral in real time and access your patient’s information instantly, all from anywhere you have web access through Norton EpicCare Link.

If you are a patient looking to make an appointment with a Norton Healthcare provider, request an appointment online or call (502) 629-1234.

If you already have a Norton EpicCare Link account, click on “Log In” below. If you are a provider and would like to request a Norton EpicCare Link account, click on “New User Request” below. You will be contacted and asked to fill out security forms to gain access. Please allow five to seven business days to process the request.

Norton EpicCare Link allows you to:

  • Refer a patient. Make referrals to adult specialty providers and diagnostic services.
  • View real-time referral status. Easily track the status of your referrals.
  • Help ensure continuity of care. Since Norton EpicCare Link is web-based, information is available almost instantly for any patient encounter across the Norton Healthcare system, including hospitalizations, emergency visits and specialist referrals.
  • Safely communicate with providers. Securely send HIPAA-compliant messages to Norton Healthcare providers.
  • Access patient information anywhere. With Norton EpicCare Link, you have view-only access anywhere you have internet service. View clinical data including radiology and procedure reports, hospital discharge summaries, current medication lists, patient demographics and coverage data.
  • Customize views and set notifications. Use filters to control what information you and your office staff see in Norton EpicCare Link and set up event notifications about your patients who access Norton Healthcare services.
  • Manage MyClinic. You can designate a manager to add and delete your practice’s Norton EpicCare Link users.
