Episode nine of the “MedChat” podcast is now available.

This episode, “Addressing Provider Wellness and Resilience,” discusses the topic of more than half of U.S. doctors experiencing at least one symptom of burnout and a significant worsening of dissatisfaction in recent years. It is important for physicians to recognize the symptoms of burnout and to identify strategies/habits to promote resilience and work-life balance.
