David A. Robertson, M.D., neurologist and neuroimmunologist, is helping to expand neurologic care for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities
David A. Robertson, M.D., neurologist and neuroimmunologist, has joined Norton Neuroscience Institute Hussung Family Multiple Sclerosis Center.
Dr. Robertson is originally from McPherson, Kansas. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2004 and completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in neurology, both at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
As a general neurologist, Dr. Robertson has extensive knowledge and experience in neurologic conditions for both pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Robertson’s more recent experience is specifically in the field of neuroimmunology, including multiple sclerosis and other complex immune system neurologic conditions. At Norton Neuroscience Institute, he will be expanding neurologic care to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities as they transition out of pediatric neurology care.

According to Dr. Robertson, that includes comprehensive care, multidisciplinary resources and empowering the individual to improve patient quality of life. He strives to foster strong relationships between patients and families and their entire team of health care and wellness providers.
