Through MyNortonChart (MyChart), your patients have the ability to manage their health online from their smart phone or computer. MyNortonChart makes health care a hassle no more. Your patients can skip the phone calls to schedule appointments, get their test results or request a prescription refill. MyNortonChart is also convenient if your patient needs to ask you a quick, nonurgent question, for example, about prescription instructions or about symptoms they’re experiencing.
Through a patient’s smart phone, they can access everything they would on a desktop by downloading the MyChart app. MyNortonChart now has the capability to send notifications directly to a patient’s smart phone when a new test result has been posted, an earlier appointment becomes available or they receive a new message from their provider.
With MyNortonChart, your patient can also access their health from other non-Norton Healthcare providers that use Epic’s MyChart software.
