Norton Children’s Hospital is a recognized pediatric teaching hospital and serves as the primary pediatric teaching facility for the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
The University of Louisville School of Medicine pediatric residency program trains residents in categorical pediatrics, pediatric neurology and combined internal medicine/pediatrics through a comprehensive curriculum designed to build broad clinical expertise. Training is delivered through hands-on bedside experience, didactic teaching, small‑group learning, one‑on‑one mentorship and online educational modules.
